The Bolton Gate Farmhouse is a Grade 2 Listed Staffordshire farmhouse situated on the main driveway into the saddlery and riding school and is set in idyllic countryside surrounds with easy access to the Staffordshire moorlands and surrounding countryside, whilst maintaining a quick link to the a50 and m6 for commuting.

The farmhouse is available for holiday accommodation or fixed term rental. It's proximity to the school makes it the ideal opportunity to come and improve your riding skills whilst taking the occasional day trip to visit some of the sights that the Staffordshire moorlands have to offer.

Providing livery for your own horse should you wish to bring them on holiday with you. You can either book tuition with one of our II instructors, or just take full advantage of the 400 acre park which has direct access from our yard.
